IF FOR ANY REASON YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH AN ITEM FROM WEST BEST JEWELERS, YOU MUST NOTIFY WEST BEST JEWELERS IMMEDIATELY. WEST BEST JEWELERS WILL GUIDE YOU APPROPRIATELY TOWARD YOUR PROMPT SATISFACTION.
WEST BEST JEWELERS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIRS PERFORMED BY JEWELRY STORES/COMPANIES/INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE NOT EMPLOYED OR AFFILLIATED WITH WEST BEST JEWELERS,INC.
WARRANTY POLICY
1) One year warranty on all pre-owned watches. The West Best Jewelers Warranty covers the watch for internal defective parts and accuracy of your timepiece. All external parts such as crystals, bands, bezels and crowns are not covered, including dial discoloration.
2) All new watches come with the manufacturers warranty. The warranty duration varies by manufacturer. All warranty will be done directly through the manufacturer.
TRADE-IN POLICY
1) One year full trade-in policy if you purchased your pre-owned watch at West Best Jewelers or www.WestBestJewelry.com
2) You have a one year full trade-in value of the purchased price that may be applied toward any purchase (new or pre-owned) on any watch in stock.
3) Damaged parts due to negligence and wear-and-tear, which include watchbands, crystals, bezels, crowns, or any other external parts, may receive partial trade-in value.
RETURN POLICY
1) You must notify West Best Jewelers at (561) 655-9056 AND BY FAX OR CERTIFIED MAIL for an Authorization Label. Otherwise, the package will be refused by West Best Jewelers.
2) Watches must be returned in the same manner in which you received them except that they the have the Authorization code written on the outside of the shipment.
3) Special Orders are not returnable or refundable. |
